MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge #271

Hi everyone! Welcome to this week’s MFT Sketch Challenge! Here is what I came up with: 







First, I made a galaxy background using Distress inks. I masked the white card base with post-it tape (but you can also use masking paper) and I sponged the strip to create an outer space. I spritzed some water and white paint to create the stars in the sky. The planet, the stars and the sentiment are from the Out of this World stamp set. I stamped the sentiment with Versamark on Black Licorice card stock and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. I adhered the black strip, the stars and the planet with foam pads to the background for more dimension.

Absolutely love your card for this sketch challenge. This stamp set wasn't' ton my list, but I am second thinking this and may have to get it.
