MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge #287

Hi everyone! Welcome to this week’s MFT Sketch Challenge! Here is what I came up with:

I decided to feature the Birdie Brown Witch Way Is the Candy? Stamp set. I made a top-folded card base from Pineapple card stock. I die cut the central banner element from Smooth White card stock with Blueprints 13. I made a mask using the circle die from Blueprints 13 and masking paper. I sponged the panel with Distress inks. I created a starry night background with a moon. I colored the bat with Copic markers, fussy cut it and fixed it to the background with foam pads. I stamped the sentiment onto Black Licorice card stock and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. I cut it and fixed it to the background with foam pads. I die cut tiny heart from Wild Cherry card stock with Tag Builder Blueprints 5. I glued them to the background. To finish off my card, I fixed the night sky panel to the card base with foam pads.

Here is the sketch for this week’s challenge #287:

Gorgeous take on the sketch, Francine! I love your starry night sky, and how you blended your inks on the moon! I also love that you chose such a fun image...the bat is so cute!
