Selective dry embossing

Hi everyone ! Here is a card I made using the selective dry embossing technique (or embossing folder resist). It allows to keep a portion of the design flat. Here is what I came up with:

The speech bubble die I used is from the Talk Bubbles set from Magnolia. I also used the Tiny Mosaic embossing folder from Cuttlebug (seems to be unavailable right now) for the embossed background. The background was sponged with Distress inks.
