My Favorite Things – Blueprint Sketches

This time we are showcasing Blueprint Sketches. You can find all Sketches in the Printable Resources section on the MFT blog HERE, and all Blueprints HERE. This is what I came up with:

Most of the supplies I used for this project are linked in the link-up tool at the bottom of this post. I used the fabulous Blueprints 17 for this chalkboard card. Then sentiments are from the Big Birthday Sentiments and Uncorked sets. I heat embossed them with white embossing powder. The banners were cut out with Blueprints 17 from the Sweet Celebration patterned paper. To create a chalkboard effect, I used the chalkboard technique: I picked up some White Pigment ink that I smeared in a circular motion over the embossed sentiments using my fingers and also a wet towel. I added some stamped doodles (hearts) with White Pigment ink as well as enamel dots. The sketch I used is on the bottom right (click to the image to get the PDF):

Head over to the MFT blog to check out what the rest of the design team has created!
