Smooshing technique

For this card, I used the "smoosh" technique shared by Laura Bassen (in her online class). It’s such a simple technique and so fun to play with! I’m a rainbow color lover… this suit me well, right? First, I created a background with the "Bitty Borders" from TAWS that I heat embossed with white embossing powder. Then, I inked up an acryl block with Distress inks, spritzed it with water and smooshed it onto the paper. I did the same with different colors. At last, I added a frame and I die cut the "Hello" from black cardstock. The die is from the Paper Smooches set called "Quote Tag Die".
