MFT July Release Countdown Day 5

Hi everyone! Today is the first day of the My Favorite Things July release countdown. This release is packed with amazing new products! You’ll love them!

The new products will officially be available on the MFT online store on July 7th at 10pm EST (= Europe: July 8th at 4:00 CET).

Here is my card showcasing the newest Split Diagonal stencil

To create this fun background, I added some MFT Blu Raspberry and Grapesicle dye inks with water to the watercolor paper. Then I laid the Split Diagonal stencil onto the wet panel and I left it air-dry completely. Once it was dry, I stamped the "Make a wish" sentiment from the newest Brushstroke Birthday stamp set set with my Misti tool (also available at the MFT store) 4 times to the watercolor background to get a nice and crisp look. To finish off my card, I die-cut a frame from the Pierced Square Frames Die-namics set that I fixed around the sentiment with 3D foam pads. This helped to bring focus to it.

For today’s full product reveal, links to other fabulous projects from the MFT design team and AWESOME GIVEAWAYS, be sure to check out the MFT blog!

Thanks so much for stopping by and see you tomorrow for more countdown fun!
