To celebrate
this release, I created a project with the *NEW* Clowning Around clear stamp set. This is my
FAVORITE set this month! The clown is soooo fun!!!! Isn’t he?

I colored the clown
with Copic markers and I added Wink of Stella clear pen to the balloons. I
decided to use pink for the clown, a non-traditional circus colors. For more
dimension, I stamped and fixed the balloons separately with 3D foam pads and white
thread to the background. The black "Celebrate" sentiment is also from the Clowning Around set.
