MFT August Release Countdown Day 4

Hi everyone! Today is the second day of the My Favorite Things August release countdown. This release is packed with amazing new products and I hope you’ll have fun with our preview projects!

The new products will officially be available on the MFT online store on August 4th at 10pm EST (= Europe: August 5th at 4:00 CET).

Today, I’m showcasing the Birdie Brown Polynesian Paradise stamp set (I think, it’s my fav this month with the Die-namics Tiki Hut ^_^). I have 2 cards for you: 

For the first card, I used the turtle and a sentiment from the Birdie Brown Polynesian set. I colored the turtles in rainbow colors and fixed them with 3D foam pads to the background. 

For the second card, I used the hula girl from the Birdie Brown Polynesian set too. I stamped her with MFT black hybrid ink and colored her with Copic markers. This is a one-layer card. To create the gradient background, I masked the cutie with masking paper and then I applied MFT dye inks to the background: Lemon Chiffon, Daffodil and Orange Zest.
