My Favorite Things – Great Birthday & Greetings

Hi everyone! Today, I’m back with 2 new cards for My Favorite Things! 

Here is a birthday card showcasing the Bionic Bots stamp set: 





This is how I created the background. First, I blended different MFT dye inks onto the panel (Razzle Berry, Cornflower and Daffodil). Then I spritzed some water and color splatters over the background.


For the second card, I wanted to create a greeting card using non-traditional winter colors:



I first stamped the background with snowflakes from the Snowflake Flurry set with Versamark and I heat embossed them with clear embossing powder. Then I sponged the panel with MFT dye inks: Cornflower, Ripe Raspberry, Grape Jelly and Grapesicle. Next, I spritzed the background with some water. I stamped the "Greetings" sentiment from the Joyous Christmas Sentiments set multiple times with my Misti tool and Grape Jelly ink. To finish off my card, I cut it and fixed it to the background with foam pads.
