Pinterest Inspired Challenge #4

It’s time for a new Pinterest Inspired Challenge! Here is my project:

As you can see on the picture below, the colors were not my inspiration! :-) I got inspired by the translucent overlapping flowers. The flowers are from a Gina K. Designs set called "Stately Flowers" and the sentiment from the "Dogwood and Butterfly" set. I heat embossed the flowers on vellum with white embossing powder. I glued them on a piece of grey cardstock that I die-cut with a "Double Stitched Square" Die-namics from MFT. Then I fixed the grey panel with foam pads to the top-folded card base. I added a few clear rhinestones in the center of the flowers for more dimension and shine.

This is our November inspiration:

How to play along? Our Design Team members bring a Pinterest image each month for your inspiration. Your projects can be created based on the colors, the pattern, the shapes, the design, etc. So NOT only inspired by the colors! There is no limit on how you get inspired. Feel free! It’s up to you! Just have fun!

You can enter your projects until November 25th (11:55pm EST). Check out the PIC blog for more information and inspiration from the Design Team.

Have a wonderful day…
