My Favorite Things - Wishing you a speedy recovery
Hi everyone!
Welcome to this month’s Creative Construction with Blueprints!
This time it’s
all about CIRCLES! Here is what I
came up with:
I first die cut a
white panel with a die I found in the Blueprints 24 Die-namics set. I then stamped
several tulips from the Spring Tulips set at the bottom of the panel. I colored the flowers and the
background with Copic markers and stamped the sentiment in black ink. The
sentiment is from the Whimsical
Wishes stamp set. To focus
on the sentiment, I made a stitched frame around it. I did the inlay technique to achieve this
look. I die cut an inside and outside stitched circle from the Blueprints 18 Die-namics set directly from the
stamped and colored panel. But I then replaced the circle in the spot and fixed
it at the backside with tape. So it’s still a one-layer panel. To finish off my card, I
fixed the panel with foam pads on Pure Plum cardstock and colored the flowers with Wink of Stella clear glitter.
