Your Next Stamp - Celebrate Sweetness

Hi everyone! I’m back with another spot for Your Next Stamp.

I decided to create a card with the sweet bunny from the Sprinkles – Sugar Rush stamp set. Here is what I came up with: 

I started out by sponging the left part of a white piece of cardstock with Peacock Feather Distress ink. I glued the panel onto a white card base and grounded the front with a strip of patterned paper. Rainbow colors are great with sweets. I then stamped the sentiment, from the Celebrate Sweetness stamp set, on the left in black ink. Next, I colored the bunny and the cute little candy with Copic markers and fussy cut them. I chose the paper piecing technique to cover the lollipop and I took the same paper that I used to ground my card. I adhered the bunny with foam pads onto the sponged area and the candy close to the sentiment for more cuteness!
