First, I made a galaxy
background using Distress
inks. I masked the white
card base with post-it tape (but you can also use masking paper) and I sponged the strip to create an outer space. I
spritzed some water and white paint to create the stars in the sky. The planet,
the stars and the sentiment are from the Out of this World stamp set. I stamped the sentiment
with Versamark on Black Licorice card stock and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. I adhered the black strip, the
stars and the planet with foam pads to the background for more dimension.
