Today is the second day of the My Favorite Things April release
countdown. This release is packed with amazing new products and I hope you’ll
have fun with our preview projects!
The new products
will officially be available on the MFT online store on April 5th at 10pm EST (= Europe: April 6th at 4:00 CET).
Today, I’m
showcasing the newest Birdie
Brown Cool Cat stamp set:
I created a
little scene using also a branch from the newest I’m Tweet on You set. I made the background with Distress inks. I first sponged the moon (I made a
mask using masking paper and a Circle STAX Die-namics) and then the night sky background.
I kept a light (sometimes white) area around the moon. Then I colored the branch and the cat with
Copic markers and fussy cut them with scissors. I attached them with foam pads for more dimension. To finish off my
card, I heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder and added Wink of Stella clear glitter to the moon.
