Neat & Tangled – July Release Day 3

Hi everyone! Welcome to day 3 of Neat & Tangled‘s July release countdown! All products from the July release will be available for purchase on July 8th (8am EST)!  

Today, I’m featuring the Falling Circles stamp set: 

I used the Falling Circles to create bubbles in the background. I stamped the circles with a very light blue ink and added reflections with a white gel pen. The window with the scene was die cut from the Making Waves die set. I colored the water with Copic markers. The sentiment is from the Succulent Journaling Card stamp set. The fishes are from the newest Kitty’s Favorite Things and Mermazing stamp sets.
