Hello everyone! I’m back with a card I made for
Penny Black.
This time, I decided to showcase the Buddy & Duck (#30-336) stamp set. Here is my creation:
This is almost a one-layer card. I first
created a card base from white cardstock and I stamped the cute dog image in
black ink on top. I then stamped the birthday wishes in black ink too. The
sentiment is from the Sweet Day (#30-280)
stamp set. I stamped the dog again on another cardstock and colored it with
Copic markers. Next, I cut out several pieces with a circle punch (I used
different sizes). To finish off my card, I fixed the colored circles on top of
the black and white image that I stamped on the card base. I used foam pads for
more dimension. It looks like a mosaic with missing tiles.
Don’t forget to check out the Penny Black Simplicity blog for more inspiration
every week!
Thanks for visiting
today!
