Penny Black – Just for you

Hello everyone! This week, I’m back with more cards for Penny Black featuring stamps and dies from their newest Follow your Heart 2017 catalog.

For the last card of the series, I decided to showcase the 30-402 Furry Hugs set: 





I also used the 51-292 Just for you creative die, as well as the "Happy Birthday" sentiment from the 30-282 Snippets stamp set. The black and white patterned paper strip on the left edge is from the 80-011 Beau Jardins paper pack.

Your card reminds me of when I first began cardmaking, Francine, when some of my first stamp purchases were PB's Hedgehog wood-mounted stamp images. Of course, I never coloured them as beautifully as you do, but your card made me smile as it's so adorable!

Oh my gosh...this is absolutely adorable, Francine! Beautiful Copic coloring on the hedgehog and heart balloon! I never thought to blend inks as a background for a white die cut sentiment...very clever and so striking! I hope it's ok to CASE your idea sometime :)
