Penny Black Simplicity – Many Thanks

Hello everyone! I’m back with a project I made for Penny Black. This time, I decided to create a card using the 30-155 Blooming Garden stamp set:

I went for a neutral background to make the flowers pop. I just splattered the front of a top-folded card base with black ink and grounded the card with a strip of black and white patterned paper. I colored the flowers with Copic markers and added a layer of Wink of Stella clear pen to the petals (the shimmer effect looks sooo beautiful in real life). I fussy cut the flowers with precision scissors and adhered them to the background with foam pads for more dimension. The sentiment is from the 30-358 Happy Snippets set and was stamped onto the card in black ink.

Here is a picture of the beautiful 30-155 Blooming Garden stamp set I used:

Thanks for visiting today!
