MFT April Release Countdown Day 4

Hi everyone! Today is the second day of the My Favorite Things April release countdown. This release is packed with amazing new products and I hope you’ll have fun with our preview projects!

The new products will officially be available on the MFT online store on April 4th at 9:00 pm EST (= Europe: April 5th at 3:00 am CET).

Today, I’m showcasing the newest Birdie Brown Up in the Air stamp set:

Most of the supplies I used for this project are linked in the link-up tool at the bottom of this post. I created a cute scene using different elements from the set. Isn’t the little house super cute? This set is versatile too. I used Post-it tape to mask the bear and stamped the hot air balloon on top of the face. I then colored the image and cut it out with scissors. I drew the hills with Copic markers. I made the background sky using the Stitched Cloud Edges Die-namics as a stencil. I blended the border with Distress inks and a blending tool. The card base was made from Tropical Teal cardstock. The card could be used as a bookmark.

For today’s full product reveal, links to other fabulous projects from the MFT design team and AWESOME GIVEAWAYS, be sure to check out the MFT blog

Thanks so much for stopping by and see you tomorrow for more countdown fun!
