Penny Black | Celebrate 2017 Collection | Spotlight 1

Hello everyone! This week, I’m back with more cards for Penny Black featuring stamps and dies from their newest CELEBRATE 2017 catalog. There are lots of new stamps and fabulous dies, too!

Here is my first project for this spotlight week. Today, I’m showcasing the 30-422 Happy Times stamp set:

For this card, I went for a CAS and an out of the box design LOL! Initially, the cute mouse holds an umbrella but I only used the mouse and masked the umbrella. Now, it looks like the mouse is tearing the paper. The sentiment is from the 30-422 Happy Times stamp set too. Did you see that Penny Black released a new paper pack? The patterned paper I used in the background is from that newest 80-016 Summertime designer paper pad. All papers are so fresh and colorful! You will love them!

Below are the Penny Black products I used (click to enlarge):

For more inspiration, don’t forget to check the Penny Black blog and the Penny Black Simplicity blog

That’s all for me today! See you tomorrow for more spotlights. Thanks so much for visiting my blog.

OMG, this card is so darling! What a brilliant idea to have your critter tearing the page to show off the lovely DP behind.
