Hi everyone!
Welcome to this week’s MFT Sketch Challenge! Here is what I came up with:
I turned the
sketch upside down. I created a hill using a border from the Stitched Basic Edges
Die-namics set that I die cut from Sour Apple cardstock. I replaced the
rectangle from the sketch with clouds. The clouds are from the Puffy Clouds die set. The fence is from the Spring Scene Builder set and was die
cut from Natural
cardstock. I sponged the
sky with Distress inks
using a blending tool.
I stamped the sentiments in Black Licorice
dye ink using the Misti stamping tool. The Happy Birthday is from the BB Up in the Air set and the Hey, Chick! from the BB The Whole Herd set. The cow is
from the The Whole Herd set from Birdie Brown. I stamped it using Black Licorice hybrid ink, colored it with
Copic markers (YAY, they carry Copics now) and cut it out
with scissors, as well as the other images. The sweet little bird is from the BB Happy Hippos set. I fixed the images, the fence
and the clouds with foam pads for more dimension.
Here is the
sketch #342 for this week’s challenge:

This is AMAZING! I adore cows (still wanting to finally ink up this set), but I especially love how you popped up your clouds. It's such a fun touch! :)
Very cute! Love the little heart on the cloud!
Such a cute scene, Francine! I love how you flipped the sketch and how you placed those sweet little clouds! You always bring your images to life with your beautiful Copic coloring, too...LOVE this card to pieces :)
