Ellen Hutson | Guest Designer Tutorial + GIVEAWAY

Hi everyone! I’am so excited to guest for the Ellen Hutson August 2017 Newsletter and to join The CLASSroom with a project featuring rainbow colors (my favorite color combination ever)! For my project, I used the newest Essentials by Ellen collection. I decided to showcase the Plant Lady and the Plant Ladies Say stamp sets by Brandi Kincaid! Here is a sneak peek of my project:

To see the whole card and read the step-by-step instructions, please head over to The CLASSroom.

***GIVEAWAY ALTERT***

I also have a fabulous GIVEAWAY (sponsored by Ellen Hutson LLC) for you! One lucky reader who leaves a comment on my blog will win a $50 gift certificate to use at the Ellen Hutson store. Isn’t that fun?

All you have to do is to visit The CLASSroom and then come back here to tell me what do you think about the sentiment I used for my project! Leave a comment before 11:59 pm EST on Wednesday, August 23rd. I’ll announce the winner soon after!

That’s all for me today! Thanks for visiting my blog and happy crafting…

You have made a beautiful card! Nice that you have completely described how you made the card. I'm learning something about that. And the text you've chosen is masterful: it would be perfect for my sister. She has her own vegetable garden and it's really therapeutic for her!

fabulous card as always. I love this series from Ellen Hutson as I;m a crafter and I am a veggie gardener and I even have an apron like the stamp for my tools! So me ;-) Now if she releases a cat lady stamp then I'm completely covered haha. Congrats of being the guestdesigner

Huge congrats on your well-deserved GD spot. Your card is awesome! Love the rainbow apron ;-) And I think crafting, way more than gardening, is my therapy!
Gardening would make me need therapy. LOL The only green thumb I have is when it's covered in ink! I've long admired your work Francine. Always a joy to see.

I agree with the sentiment, based on experience. Just being outside in the fresh air can lift your spirits, and there is nothing more wonderful than a basket full of home grown vegetables.
Your card is fabulous! A mini-masterpiece.

I love your card and such a fun sentiment!!

Gardening may be cheaper than therapy but I'm not sure if stamping is! I know of at least 2 people who were advised to garden as therapy. Now they are fixated on gardening!

Francine, your card is beautifully done. I love the attention to detail that you put into your cards. Paper piecing is one of my fav. things to do whenever possible as it adds something"un-expected" to a card. Your Distress blending is perfect for this background and really showcases the Plant Lady.
Thanks so much for sharing this card, you have inspired me to do a rainbow card, which I haven't done in a while;)
Also, thanks for the chance to win.

I love the attention to detail and that I'm not the only one that fussy cuts. <3

Once again Francine your creative skills truly amaze me. Gorgeous colors and stunning blending with your Copics! Perfect punny sentiment as well (although I no longer can garden so I'd say "Crafting is cheaper than therapy" LOL). I have to admit though, I really miss your YT videos (I'm a visual learner). SQUEAL!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Sweet Card you created!! How FUN to Draw your own Rainbow Apron!! =) THANKS SO MUCH for sharing and have a FABULOUS WEEKEND!! =)
Super cute card!!! I have to disagree with the sentiment though. My gardening is crazy expensive, but I think that's because I buy plants, put them in the ground, forget to water them, accidentally kill them, pull them up, buy new plants, swear to water them, forget again, start over. Therapy would be cheaper AND less work! LOL
