Hi everyone!
Welcome to this week’s MFT Sketch Challenge! Here is what I came up with:
Most of the
supplies I used for this project are linked
in the list at the bottom of this post. For this project, I decided to
focus on the pirate boat from the Birdie Brown Party Like a Pirate set. The waves were die cut from the
Birdie Brown Otterly Love You coodrinating dies set (there is a super cool wave die
in it). I created the sky background using the Cloud Stencil sponged with Distress inks and I made the horizon line with Post-It tape and Distress Oxide inks. Then sentiment is
from the You Float my
Boat set.
Here is the
sketch #347 for this week’s challenge:
Head over to the MFT Challenge blog for more details if you’d like to play along and to check out what the

Really cute take on the sketch, Francine! Beautiful Copic coloring (as always) and I love how you combined different sets to create your scene!
Fabulous card as usual. I love the way you always do a twist on everything and think outside the box! I notice you dont do videos any more. Any chance you may start again? :-)
Would also love to see a larger version of the photo so I can look at the card in more detail. Your cards are just so perfect and inspiring!
That frame really focuses on your amazingly colored image - such a great boy card!
I love the window!!
