The DT Dare challenge this month is all about celebrations as YNS turned 9. Here is my project: 

 I used the newest Cool Cats stamp set as well as the Talk Bubble Die. The sentiment is from a formerly release set called Silly Monsters Chill Out. I created the background using Distress inks and blending tools.
