MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge #427

Hi everyone! Welcome to this week’s MFT Sketch Challenge! Here is what I came up with:

Most of the supplies I used for this project are linked in the link-up tool at the bottom of this post. For this card, I used the Peace on Earth sentiment from the Beautiful Blessings stamp set. First, I made a top-folded white card base. Next, I created a balloon using the Circle STAX Die-namics as a stencil. I die cut the circle and used the negative area that I fixed over the card base to blend blue Distress Oxide inks over it with blending tools. I then created the clouds using paint and removed the stencil. I stamped the sentiment in Black Licorice dye ink, drew the string using a black marker and added some sequins.

Here is the sketch #427 for this week’s challenge:

Head over to the MFT Challenge blog for more details if you’d like to play along and to check out what the other design team members have created with this sketch!

Lovely and absolutely the most realistic hand made clouds I've even seen! I was sure that was a piece of background paper! Amazing...
