YAY! It’s time

featuring the newest Sweet Besties
stamp set:
Most of the
supplies I used for this project are linked
at the bottom of this post. I used Smooth White cardstock for the card base and the Mini Staggered Circles stencil for the
background. I blended blue Distress inks over the stencil and moved the stencil
(to the bottom and the top, to the left and the right) to create overlapping
dotted pattern.
