Your Next Stamp | August Guest Spot 1
Hi everyone! This
month, I’m thrilled to join Your Next Stamp as a special guest. I collaborate
with YNS since 2014 and it’s always a huge pleasure to play with their lovely
stamps. Also, Karen and Julie are the sweetest! Thanks for the opportunity to
join once again!
For this spot, I’ve
decided to feature the Crazy Fun Shopping Carts:
I went for a
clean and simple but colorful birthday card. I started by making a top-folded
card base using white cardstock. I adhered a piece of rainbow patterned paper
that I found in my scraps in the center of the card front. I stamped the
sentiment, also from the Crazy Fun Shopping Carts stamp set, to the top of the card in
black ink. I used my Misti stamping tool to stamp straight. Next, I stamped the
funny shopping cart, colored it and cut it with scissors. But there are coordinating dies if you don’t like fussy cutting. The
small Oooooo! speech bubble is from
the Silly Monsters Chill Out stamp set. I assembled the card as
shown and fixed all elements with foam pads for more dimension. It’s such a
happy card with all those colors!
