Penguin Palace | Stay Sweet

Hi everyone! Today, I have a card to share with you using a new-to-me stamp company called Penguin Palace. I love their sets and decided to create a card using the Fun Adventure stamp set.

The background city was die cut using the Parisscape die from SugarPea Designs. I kept the design clean and simple, and black & white, to make the sweet rainbow lady pop against de neutral background!
