featuring the newest Party Lights

Most of the
supplies I used for this project are linked
at the bottom of this post. This is such a fantastic set. I went for
a clear and simple Happy New Year one-layer card. The sentiment is from the Bitty
Holiday Wishes set. I used MFT dye
inks (see the link list below) for the light bulbs.
