3 Days Until MFT’s New February Release

We are halfway to the big day! Only 3 days until the new My Favorite Things February release is available. During the countdown, the MFT Design Team is sharing lots of projects featuring all of the new products. The new release will officially be available on February 4th at 10:00 am EST (= Europe: February 4th at 4:00 pm CET).

Today, I’m showcasing the newest Number Jumble background cling stamp:

Most of the supplies I used for this project are linked at the bottom of this post. I started by stamping the Number Jumble background to white cardstock using Versamark ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. I used the Circle Extraordinaire stencil, blending tools and Distress inks to create the rainbow circle (resist technique). I die cut the panel using the Inside & Out Stitched Square STAX Die-namics. I adhered the stitched panel to the front of a black top-folded card base. I die cut the hooray sentiment from the Hip, Hip, Hooray die set from Black Licorice cardstock and adhered it to the rainbow circle with foam pads for more dimension. The sentiment on the small strip is from the Little Love Notes stamp set and was heat embossed with white embossing powder onto Black Licorice cardstock too. To finish off the card, I added three enamel dots.

I like the blending on the number circle. I can see this as a shaker card.
