MFT Countdown Kickoff | 5 Days Until the New June Release is Available

It’s time for the My Favorite Things June release countdown! Only 5 days until the release is available. During the countdown, the MFT Design Team is sharing lots of projects featuring all of the new products. The new release will officially be available on June 9th at 10:00 am EST (= Europe: June 9th at 4:00 pm CET).

Today, I’m showcasing the newest Woof Pack stamp set by Birdie Brown:

Most of the supplies I used for this project are linked at the bottom of this post. I started by creating a top-folded card base from white cardstock. I then cut an opening in a piece of scrap paper that I used as a stencil. I sponged the opening with Distress inks and blending tools over the front of the card base. The dog, the crumpled paper ball, the mini speech bubble and the WOOF sentiment are from the Woof Pack stamp set. The robot vacuum is from the Birdie Brown Cat-astrophe set.

For today’s full product reveal, links to other fabulous projects from the MFT design team and AWESOME GIVEAWAYS, be sure to check out the MFT blog

What a great card! Love the little scene you created. I need to try stencilling a background like you did because my watercolor backgrounds never look this good.

This card sure tells a story. It is so cute and exactly what a dog would do to a roomba! Love it!

I love your sponged background. It looks like it took a lot of effort but I am guessing it was easier than it looks. I am definitely going to give it a try on a card soon! Thanks for your inspiration.
