1 Day Until MFT’s New February Release

It’s time for the final countdown… Only 1 day until the new My Favorite Things February release is available. During the countdown, the MFT Design Team is sharing lots of projects featuring all of the new products. The new release will officially be available on Tuesday February 16th at 10:00 am EST (= Europe: February 16th at 4:00 pm CET).

 

Today, I’m showcasing the newest Super Friends stamp set:

 


 

Most of the supplies I used for this project are linked at the bottom of this post. I created a sky background using the Ray of Light stencil that I blended with Distress inks and blending tools. The clouds were die cut from white cardstock using the Outside the Box Clouds Die-namics. The sentiment was heat embossed with white embossing powder onto a strip of Fire Coral cardstock (new color) and adhered to the card front with foam pads.

Where do I start? I love that new color (Fire Coral) of cardstock. The "ray of light" stencil gives a perfect effect for a superhero. The critter superheroes are adorable!! Finally, I need to get that "outside the box" die to make such cool cards with layers inside. Fabulous card... Oh, and I like the enamel dots! How am I going to afford all these goodies??

Super CUTE card, Francine! I love how you stenciled behind the clouds and your Copic coloring is fabulous!
