Hello everyone!
I’m so excited to join Clearly Besotted for the new April release countdown
teasers as a guest this month again. The new stamps are AMAZING and as always,
I had so much fun playing with them. I can’t wait to share my cards with you.
Let’s begin the April release countdown
teasers! During the countdown, the Clearly Besotted Design Team and special
guests are sharing inspirations showcasing the new collection. Only 4 days
until the new Clearly Besotted release will be available. The new release
will officially be available on Monday
April 5th at 8:00 am BST.
Here is my first
inspiration card using the newest Colour
my World stamp set:
This face!!!! Such an adorable image, isn’t it? I started by creating the galaxy. I sponged Distress inks over a white panel using the Sunny Day stencil. I removed the stencil and splattered white ink over the panel and adhered it to the front of a white top-folded card base as shown. Next, I heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder to make it stand out. The sentiment is from the Balloon Bunch Buddies. I stamped, colored and cut the sweet alien sitting on the earth and adhered it to the card front with foam pads for more dimension. To finish off my card, I added a tiny red heart to the earth.
