Gummiapan Collaboration | Cats Have Staff

Hi everyone! I’m back with a new guest spot using Gummiapan products. Gummiapan is a craft company based in Sweden. They sell stamps, dies and other craft supplies.

 

This is my sixth and last collaboration card for Gummiapan and today I’m featuring the Cats (Katter) stamp. Here is what I came up with:

  

 

I started by creating a top-folded card base from white cardstock. I stamped, colored and cut the cats (I only used two from the three). I then made a stencil by ripping a hole in a piece of paper. I secured the stencil to the top of the card front and sponged yellow and orange Distress inks over the stencil to create a beautiful splatter. I removed the stencil and adhered the two cats as shown to the card front using foam pads. To finish of the card, I stamped the sentiment Dogs have owners, Cats have staff with black ink and cut around. I adhered it to the card front with foam pads too and added a tiny red enamel heart I found in my stash.
