Clearly Besotted | December Release is 4 Days Away

Hello everyone! I’m so excited to join Clearly Besotted for the new December release countdown teasers as a guest this month again. The new stamps are AMAZING and as always, I had so much fun playing with them. I can’t wait to share my cards with you.

Let’s begin the December release countdown teasers! During the countdown, the Clearly Besotted Design Team and special guests are sharing inspirations showcasing the new collection. Only 4 days until the new Clearly Besotted release will be available. The new release will officially be available on Wednesday December 1st at 8:00 am BST.

Here is my first inspiration card using Pigs in Blanket stamp set:

I started by creating a top-folded card base from white cardstock. Next, I blended blue Distress ink over the center of a piece of white paper. I splattered water over it and left it dry. Once it was dry, I die cut the panel using a pierced square die and glued it down to the card base. I then die cut a snowflake from white cardstock and adhered it to the card front over the sponged area. I stamped the sentiment in black ink as shown. I stamped, colored and cut the pig. I fixed it with foam pads to the snowflake for more dimension. To finish off my card, I added five small enamel pearls and a white star for more interest.
